Unprofessional and bad service

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from your sales rep ( name unknown) at your EL Berea branch on the 12 Jan 2026. I had a side damage and I was told that my tyre could not be fixed. He provided 3 options for a replacement, quoting +R3000, R2700 and R1800. I chose the R1800 option, but when I was asked to sign the invoice, the total was +R2600. When I queried the amount amount, he claimed other items were added, without informing me about these extras beforehand. He denied quoting R1800 for a 3rd tyre, accused me of lying, and imp**** I was not a first-time customer who should know better. His behavior was rude and unprofessional, prompting another customer to intervene.
