unhappy with the service from Tiger wheel & tyre in Kempton Park Festival mall

on the 14th of December 2022, i took my car to change the tyre in Tiger wheels Kempton park, Festival mall. bought the tyre was very happy becouse they gave me a discount. when i get there was assist by the guy named Jay jay. when finished with my car Jay jay told me that they had a problem with resetting my tyre senser and i told him that no problem becouse i am taking my car for service any way at Haval they will reset the senser. only to find out they broke it while they try to reset. when i dropped off the car the senser light was off proving that the was nothing wrong with the senser. the new tyre was always flat every morning but then we went Durban for holidays still the tyre was misbehaving while in durban i google the nearest place where i can get help, took the tyre to Dunlope in Kingsburg near manzimthothi they checked the tyre they find out that the tyre valve was broken they had to change the valve for me and when they took out that valve they find out the senser was broken. we came back to Joburg and i took my car for service Haval told me i must pay R1700 for the senser and went back to Tiger wheel & tyre to lay a compliant they now shifthing blame to Dunlope while the problem actually started when i took my car to them to change and fit the new tyre for me. they told me theres nothing they can do for that Jay jay guy said he can only change the valve not replace the senser but i already change the valve they just taking advantage of me becouse i am a black female and i dont know much with cars. i took my car there just to change and fit the new tyre not to break the senser wich now i have to pay R1700 to replace it becouse Jay jay called me and advise me that they cant do anything for me.
