Unfriendly service from 2 old guys @ Tiger Wheel

My husband and I went to Tiger Wheel to purchase a new tire and asked for it to be fitted at my house which according to GPS is 600m from Tiger Wheel. The old white guy chuckled and said all his guys are out but if we leave our number he will call us and "see what he can do". That was around 10am. We didn't hear from him. Luckily we made an alternative arrangement then at 16h50 we returned and asked for wheel alignment. The other old white guy behind the counter tells my husband it takes 10 mins to do the alignment and gives him a quote which he accepts. The the other old white guy tells my husband to return tomorrow because they close in 5 mins. Seriously. Why set up shop in the neighborhood if you aren't here to help the community in need???????? Sadly the previous Typre shop that was at that location had splendid service and folks raved about their service in our WhatsApp group - these guys need to go back where they came from, we aren't here for that.
