*****ulent activity , FORCED TO PAY CASH instead of using my bank card

I’m honestly disgusted by the poor service offered 2 times in a row by one of your colleagues.

On the 17 September I had visited your Canal Walk branch to get a nail extracted from my tyre and was forced by one coloured guy with dreadlocks to pay with cash. When I questioned why he said it was the companies rules , I let it slide had to go to the Shell gas station next door and withdraw money.

What an inconvenience! Now again on the 7 October visited your Canal Walk branch for the same problem the same guy insisted I provide cash. I refused to he said I won’t be assisted and gave me attitude. I left for the N1 City branch where I was allowed to pay with my card and not forced to withdraw cash.

Now what’s mind boggling is that N1 City charged me R175 with my card and Canal Walk wanted R100 cash meaning there is some shady business going on. Are you employing shady people who ***** or do side deals?

I’m saying this because I find it weird as to who insists on having me carry cash in this day and age? Please look into it as I want feedback asap.
