Tyre swoped out for a used tyre

<p>On the 29th November 2016 I visited a tiger wheel and tyre (Alberton) to replace the spare wheel on my vehicle. <br />I did not notice the Tyre they had put in until I needed to use my spare, I found that the spare they put in "New" in their words was not new at all. <br />You can see that this Tyre was used before and was then fitted into my car, have tried to get it swopped out but they say its not their problem, I will need to buy another one. The service I got the was beyond pathetic and no one wanted to help me</p>
