Tyre issues

Shortly after the tyre was fitted, my vehicle began displaying continuous low tyre pressure warnings. I repeatedly inflated the tyre, but after driving only a short distance, the warning would reappear. Concerned about the issue, I returned to the Middelburg Mall branch to have the tyre inspected.

The branch staff inspected the tyre for leaks and advised that they could not find any fault. They also swapped the tyre positions, yet the same problem continued. Despite the issue remaining unresolved, I was later informed that nothing further could be done because I had driven with the tyre.

I find this response unacceptable. The tyre was purchased from your company, the problem arose shortly after fitting, and I reported it to the branch. The issue persists to this day, leaving me concerned about the safety of my vehicle and the safety of my family.

I am particularly disappointed by the lack of assistance received from the Middelburg Mall branch. As a customer, I expected my concerns to be taken seriously and the matter to be properly investigated. Instead, I have been left with an unresolved issue and no clear resolution.
