Tyger Wheel and Tyre treated me like a beggar!

These guys have ****ped on me! I, unfortunately, bought a battery from Tiger Wheel and Tyre (Centurion Lifestyle Centre) in August last year. Three months later, I had to bring it back because it was dead. Instead of replacing it, they decided to resuscitate the thing from Thursday to Tuesday the following week. I came back on Saturday - 48 hours later, to be told it was not fully charged - a new battery! It was suggested it might be the alternator in my bakkie and I promptly replaced it before I even got the battery back. I even made a point of driving the vehicle, at least, 3-4 days a week to get a full charge. One cold night last week, the "new" battery was gone again. I took it back to TWT last week Thursday - no call to update me - nothing! I eventually went there this morning - they could not even find the battery and when they finally did, it was never charged. I have just spent almost two hours at the shop. You can see that I'm not even welcome because I have complained about the battery! If I ever set foot there again or ever buy an Atlas battery, I will be a complete nut! It's one thing for a product to be faulty but it's another to want to put the blame on a customer! I have a car that has been parked for weeks and its battery does not have similar problems - it starts every time and all my cars are well maintained!
