TwT - what has happened??

I have used TwT since my first car. You justify the premium price of basic things like balancing and alignment because they seem to have experienced technicians and you want that knowledge they are not going to mess things up (and there pricing it pretty premium!)<br> <br> However, this seems to not be the case any longer. Took car to have two punctures repaired. First thing I noticed on next car wash was that one rim had been damaged. Took car back to TwT, and credit to them, no quibbling about the damage, they took off wheel and sent ti for repair. A week later, I returned to have the wheel put on. Next car wash, I notice the keyed lugnut is missing from that mag wheel, only the standard 4 remain. Whether or not tightened and it fell out, or never inserted in the first place, I don't know. VW does not sell the keyed lug nuts individually, so I need to buy a full set of 4 at a cost of R 1,607.40. <br> <br>
