TWT - Cape Road, Port Elizabeth

Good Day On Saturday, 20th June 2020, I went to fit 4x new tyres at the Port Elizabeth branch, Cape Road. So I left my wife and 2 daughters there to collect the get the vehicle once they are done. On our way home, I had to pull over due to noises I heard and poor steering. Upon my inspection I found out that only 1 wheel stud has been properly fastened and thus being on the driver front side wheel. The other 3 studs were turning in circles, apparently stripped. For such a reputable company as TWT, I was actually quite disappointed that this happened. Even when I looked at my inspection report, there is no mention of this and now it makes me wonder if this report is just another tick list piece of paper to complete or is it in fact an inspection report.
