TWT and Hankook Tyres - Disappointed Client

I am very disappointed in the service that I've received from TWT Somerset Mall branch. I received a tyre burst in October 2019. I went into the store and told them about what happened and they had the tyre experts out to come and have a look. They said that they weren't at fault and I left it there to avoid the blame game. I then replaced both front tyres on 17 October 2019. On 26 November 2019 I got another tyre burst on one of the brand new tyres that I had replaced on 17 October 2019 and I went again to the TWT Somerset Mall branch to tell them that this time they can't say it is anybody's fault as the thyres were replaced just over a month ago. They again told me that it is not their fault as there was a small nail in the tyre which I had no idea about, which caused they tyre to burst. They said something about air pressure. But I told them how was I suppose to know that and it was after all new tyres and if they can't replace it free of charge as they were practically new. They refused again hence my reason to write a review on Hello Peter to express my anger and disappointment. And when I asked to have the Manufacturers Contact details they did not want to give it to me saying it won't help and that I would just be wasting my time. I then googled Hankook Tyres Head Office and spoke to a guy named Louis Jordaan who has set up a meeting to discuss this issues. I mean it cost R3000 for one tyre and I really cannot be that unlucky to experience two tyre burst months apart from each other with new tyres!!! Very disappointed Customer. I will revert back once I've had a meeting with the Sales Rep from Hankook Tyres and will notify of the outcome.
