TIGERWHEELS AND TYRES UMHLANGA ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE

I recently got my vehicle repaired at renew it umhlanga and the alignment was done at tiger wheels umhlanga. The service we recieved from both companies was pathetic and unprofessional. My husband took my vehicle twice to tiger wheels as my vehicle was swaying towards the right side due to the alignment not being corrected and an employee by the name of mohammed refused to assist us stating that probably your tyres are not in a good condition he also was unapologetic and rude. my vehicle has been purchased brand new last year which is utter nonsense. My husband had to take my vehicle elsewhere to get the alignment done. I have the report stating that the alignment was not done,however tiger wheels misled us stating that it was done. I will definitely take matter further and ensure I get this resolved.
