Tiger Wheels & Tyre East London Misleading people with X-Tra Cover

On 31 August 2020 I changed the whole set of tyres ( 4x Continental 15 inch) at Tiger wheels in East London. They had me agreeing to X-Tra Cover , X-sure in case of damage in one of the tyres I could get another one. During December I was at home Engcobo about 200km away from East London and no Tiger wheels in the area. One of the tyres got damaged by an object on the road, I had to change it and put a spare wheel. So I had to find a way to patch the tyre so that I can get to East London and claim from the cover. The tyre was patched and slotted in the vehicle, so I returned to East London, today the 5 January 2020 around 14h00 I was at Tiger Wheels attended by a black light skin guy who told that "since the tyre was patched it means that it was reparable, they only deal with irreparable so they can't give me a new tyre" without actually assessing the tyre condition. But all what remains the tyre is still damaged, that was a slap in the face after spending R5600.00 plus the cover that is misleading people.
