Tiger wheels policy is shameful

I went to Tiger Wheel to replace both my front tires and only one tire was damaged. The other tire, the tiger wheel employees decided to bless themselves with my good condition tire without my concern. It's been month since I did a follow up and still no success. I don't recommend this tire industry at all and how they treat a customers dissatisfaction it is absolutely ridiculous.
