Tiger Wheel & Tyre"s Negligence that nearly took my life

I am very disturbed, it’s been a very disappointing weekend for me, let alone the danger I have been exposed to. Tiger Wheel & Tyre decided to loan me a wrong damaged tyre on Tuesday, I went in as they only called me on Monday asking me to bring the tyre in. On that Tuesday morning, I went in, what was to take 10 minutes as they kept on promising whilst I waited, ended up taking them the whole day. The problem was that none of their loan tyres fitted my car because my car has the AMG brake calliper, as it stands a bit out naturally, a normal rim doesn’t go in (which was a surprise to me because Tiger Wheel is a big brand for them not to have such was funny to me, also they knew my car was coming in, I would assume they also knew from you, the type of car I was bringing in). All tyres they kept on trying, they kept on reporting back to me that they are “leaking”. They requested I go home after some 2 hours as I do not stay far from them and they will fix a tyre and rim for me, panel beat whatever and come to my home to exchange as they need to work on my rim. By the end of Tuesday around 17h00 a gentleman came and did the exchange, I saw water coming out and I asked him what does that resemble, isn’t it the leaking your guys were referring to, he assured me that no that’s just water as he was fitting the tyre in and moving it. I drive my car on Saturday, I had a very big important lifetime event in Soweto and I got pulled over being told my tyre was flat, I went to the garage, the guys tried, the air pumped was not lifting the tyre AT ALL! I went to another garage as I could not believe what was happening, again NOTHING and this time around the guys tried rotating and adding water whilst pumping air trying to figure where the air might be escaping. It turns out the rim and the tyre TOTALLY do not speak to one another, the air is escaping through the rim, huge opening around where the tyre and rim meet, when you turn the wheel, the tyre moves away from the rim, they separate. Tiger Wheel and Tyre knew this when they gave me this tyre that they were taking a risk, hence it took them the whole day to basically manufacture this *******. How can they take such a grave risk towards my life and that of my family??? How does this make any sense??? How do I get given a WRONG quickly put together Tyre for that kind of car??? I called them, around 13h30, they told me they cannot help me as they have closed at 13h00, at that point I am stuck, with no plan in sight. This Supervisor (Aslam) calls his Manager (Alistar) who tells me the same thing and then suggests I call Mercedes Benz Assist, I tell him what Merc will do is to tow this car, he disagrees with me, of which I have no idea why because I know Mercedes Benz’s process when it comes to my kind of car, he says Tiger Wheel will cover the costs Merc will charge. I managed myself at the end as this became my problem and mine alone, I got my car to my yard, my day was ruined, if I think of what I lost that day, none of you can ever bring it back to me, thinking about it gets me to heavy tears. I was shaking at the possibility of how I nearly got involved in a grave car accident out of negligence by your supplier. I had kids in that car, I had a bride and Groom in that car, I am still shaken at the disaster that I was exposed to along with my family.

A rim scratch that needed to be polished turned out to being a nightmare for me:-) And they do not even realise how much danger I got exposed to a to even offer an apology
