Tiger Wheel & Tyre Montana needs an upgrade

I recently visited their Montana branch for balancing and alignment, although I had to return three times as they could not balance my tyres, the manager refunded most of what I paid, apologized for not getting it right the first time and that I had to now go to one of their competitors which had a road force balancing machine.

Level of professionalism - 10/10 Willingness to help - 10/10 Admitting their shortcomings - 10/10

I will definitely return with another vehicle to give them another shot.

If someone at their head office reads this review, please start investing in better equipment especially for this branch which will become a preferred location.
