Tiger Wheel & Tyre / Isabella Garcia
Tiger Wheel and Tyre gives you a R750 Isabella Garcia voucher after purchasing tyres from them. I chose products from the Isabella Garcia website that is worth only R474 but they insisted that I pay R84 for delivery. They can use what is left of the voucher to pay for delivery. Both of these companies are just wasting my time. If you want to give something back to your customers this is not the why to do it.

The Isabella Garcia voucher is meant as a goodwill gesture to show appreciate to our valued customers for selecting us as the preferred fitment centre. We are really sorry about the dissatisfaction you experienced while redeeming the voucher.
It is a common practice for delivery to be either free for a specific purchase amount, or charged at a fee based on your location and proximity, even when using a voucher. We are, however, always looking at ways to improve our customer service and will certainly take your feedback into consideration.
