Tiger wheel, Secunda

On Friday 17/12/2021 I went to Tiger Wheel in Secunda to fix my tire with a puncture and also do a wheel alignment on the car.

On the 18/12/2021 we drove to White River, realising that the car pulls to the left which means someone messed up with the wheel alignment.

We went away and my car stayed in White River from ***, this morning when we got home I phoned them and asked to help solve the problem from that side, so that we can get it fixed here in White River.

The guy with who I spoke, told me that he cant do anything because i Should have phoned earlier (with that being said, we were on holiday).

I expect that when I pay for a service, it will be delivered. They cant tell me that they are not able to help.

I told him that they should make a plan to fix the mess they made, and someone will pay for it but it will not be me. He also told me to drop the attitude so that he can make a plan.

He told me he will speak to his manager and get back to me.

Hope this issue can be resolved.
