Tiger Wheel and Tyre takes my car for a drive without my knowledge

<p>On Friday 11 August 2017 I took my Fiesta ST for wheel balancing and wheel alignment at Tiger Wheel and Tyre opposite Cresta Mall in Randburg. The overall experience was extremely unpleasant. Apart from the fact that the whole process took about two hours, the person working on my car did not even know how to start my car, which is a push-start. After several failed attempts, I decided to drive the car onto the ramps myself. The worst was when I went to pay and saw someone driving off in my car. One of the employees told me that they apparently do this to test the wheel alignment. Out of all the times that I have done my wheel alignment, this was the first time that someone had to take my car for a a test drive. I was extremely upset that no-one told me about this and drove off in my car without my knowledge. I also do not like the idea of a random person simply taking my car for a drive. At the very least I would have appreciated to go along on the drive. I would not advise anyone to use this TW&T branch.</p>
