Tiger Wheel and Tyre disappoints dangerously...

I recently purchased a set of tyres for our SUV fromTWT Key West in Krugersdorp. When I got Home the first wheel weights fell off in my Driveeway. The wheel balancing is obviously way off and the Wheel alignment is also incorrect. I later checked my wheel nuts torque and found them to be some 20NM off specs throughout. Worst of all 2 of my wheel hub covers were broken and placed back without notifying me. These covers can only break if removed from the front with a *****driver instead of from the back with a long nose pliers.
