Tiger wheel and tyre - Bloemfontein

Sitting at the branch in Bloemfontein for nearly 3 hours now just to do wheel repairs. The guy stated that it will only take 40 minutes, maybe an hour to get us back on the road since we're heading to Johannesburg from Bloemfontein. The service is utterly disappointing. Please stop lying just to boost sales.
