Tiger wheel and tyre

Really disappointed in service received from TWT Cape Road Port Elizabeth Dewald the salesman was excelent in offering me the best price on a set of Hankook AT tyres and explained the 100k warranty to me in detail. However part of the warranty includes a wheel alignment test. The wheel alignment test was indicated as negative needing some adjustment.............at a cost at TWT I informed Dewald that I have a full maintenance plan on my vehicle and would rather take it to Ford Ford appointment dealer could not find any discrepancy on my wheel alignment They then offered me a slightly better price on the same tyre including wheel balance (TWT charge) Tyre valves (TWT charge) were not required due to the fact that the Ford Everest is fitted with TPMS I reported this to Dewald who informed me that his hands were tied down by the wheel alignment results from TWT Im am afraid that with this type off service TWT is loosing a loyal customer
