This is what service should be.

I had an awesome service after experiencing a strange noise in the car's front wheel & I also wanted to do wheel alignment. As I parked my car & got out, Shaun was standing ready extending his hand and asked how he could help. I told him the problem then asked if he could kindly return the car to my office when it was fixed as I needed to rush to the office with a friend. He confirmed with his manager, then quickly attended to my car. I left and moments later he rang me to tell me he was there to deliver the car. He gave me a report of what was wrong (CV joints) then he told me that he would help me when I had them fixed them to re-align my tyres. I felt really valued & this is why I would rather drive further to have my car attended by them then go to one of their competitors who is much closer to my offices. Thanks again Shaun for going the extra mile, keep it up.
