The Tiger's lousy ATTITUDE

I took my Land Cruiser 200 for wheel alignment at TWT Benoni today. The workshop personnel were great and quick, the problem and attitude I got from PHUMZILE at the paypoint we can all do without. I waited, she was aware of my presence and need to pay because she looked me right in the eye, but nonetheless continued browsing private stuff on her computer - I could see the screen. When she eventually decided to afford me some attention it was with great reluctance and a HUGE attitude. It was an EFFORT to help me, the customer who is paying HER salary. Slamming my card on the counter and hitting the stapler to fix the slips together. TWT will probably never see me again and I will tell my friends also to avoid TWT in the future if they can.
