The ******* we trust with our safety!

<p>I provided 4 tyres which where fitted and balanced with new wheels nuts at Tiger Wheel and Tyre Springfield on Saturday the 13th August 2016. <br />Immediately after leaving the store I notice a vibration, however due to the time of day I could not go back to have it checked.</p> <p>So I finally got a chance to go back to the store on 23rd August 2016 and explained to the salesmen that originally served me that the car had a vibration, his immediate response was the tyres are bad without even checked the balancing.<br />I requested that they please check the balancing.<br />On the first wheel to be checked it is out of balance by 30 grams and 15 grams, which explained the problems.</p> <p>I needed to leave so I left my car at the store trusting that all 4 wheels will be checked and re-balanced.<br />No more than 10 minutes later I get a call from the salesmen telling me that they have checked the balancing on all four wheels and that the problem are the tyres.<br />I requested that he give me a report so I could take back to the supplier I bought the tyres from to which he agreed, however this is where the bull**** starts when I get to the store to pick up my I check my rear wheels only to see that they were never touched as the brake dust has no finger prints on it.</p> <p>I call the manager to find out how did they check the wheels without removing them and he calls over the technician who give me guilty grin when I question him about the brake dust.</p> <p>You pay these clowns a small fortune assuming they doing what’s needed of them but all they do is lie and take shortcuts.<br />This is something simple but makes you question what else are the lying about.<br />They don’t care about your safety only about how to make the most money from you with the least amount of effort….is it disgusting and pathetic.</p> <p> </p>
