Thank you TWT -Lynwood!

I was assisted by the Woodlands branch on the 30th November 2023 with a flat tire. Apart from the flat tire I requested wheel alignment and was advised that certain things needed to be done on the rear left side of my vehicle. After waiting approximately 5 hours that morning, I was further advised by the mechanic to return for a follow up on his job in the first week of January. As a result of not being able to make it to the Woodlands branch, I followed through with going to the nearest Tiger Wheels and Tire - in Lynwood. Upon being assisted, the mechanic noticed certain things that I was billed for at the Woodlands branch were actually not done on my vehicle. He followed through by escalating this situation to management where a refund has been requested on my behalf. The mechanic then proceeded to execute the necessary work to the rear left side of my vehicle and wheel alignment, the mechanic was vocal and transparent about what needed to be done and what he was doing. My Fiancé and I were both included in the test drive and are quite satisfied with the assistance we received. To the mechanic that assisted me, his team and the Tiger Wheels and Tire in Lynwood - thank you for your solid service, communication and transparency🥃! #stronglyadvised
