Terrible service at Tiger Wheel & Tyre Hatfield

Went in with one tyre with a nail in after getting there apparently three tires had nails in them (which they did not before getting there). After doing wheel balancing the fourth tire had a nail conveniently after being balanced. I drive an Audi and several remarks were made to the manager "what does balancing/tyre plugs cost for this expensive car" and several money gestures(rubbing fingers). And four of the bolt covers were missing as well after the job was complete, all the bolts had covers on prior to visiting. This took 3 hours to do and cost me more than it should, and I got out with missing covers. I am not happy with the service I received here I will not return and would strongly recommend to go elsewhere. Gave it 1\5 as zero is not an option.
