TERRIBLE SERVICE @ TIGER WHEEL AND TYRE BALFOUR PARK

I have been to Tiger Wheel and Tyre Balfour Park today and was really disappointed. Part of it being my fault as I never asked about the costs but good business practice, I should have been quoted a price first. I went in to get my tyres rotated front to back and had been surprised with a Bill of R859-00. I think these prices are ridiculous and definitely day light *******. What disappoints me the most, Lee (Unprofessional Sales Consultant) has no way of talking to clients. I got that attitude of "WHAT MUST I DO NOW!" Although I live very close to this branch, I would rather drive a further distance like the Rosebank and Melrose Branch where the consultants are much more professional. By the way HI-Q does the same work at +-R400.00 all inclusive - Sorry Tiger Wheel & Tyre Balfour Park, I will never return to this store and will pass on my bad experiences with as much of my Family members, Friends and Colleagues.
