Terrible service

Very disappointed - I went to the branch on Wednesday to see if they will be able to assist me om Thursday during lunch time as I do not have any other time to tend to my car. I was quickly assisted and all the nitty gritty done to ensure Thursday I can just pull in and everything would be done. Returned on Thursday as agreed only to be told now it is first come first serve basis and I will have to wait, which I could not, hence making the appointment. Why then was it agreed a day earlier!!!! I do not expect any reply from the company or that my little review will make a difference, but I will tell everyone I come in contact with!. I will never make use of Tiger wheel and tyre ever again!
