Terrible Service

2 weeks ago, I took my car for wheel allignment, balancing and rotation of the tyres. I was told that this would not take more than an hour and 20 minutes. When I got to TWT in Rivonia, I had left the car and returned after an hour to find that they were still not done, let alone the tyres still not placed on the car. After 50 mintes of waiting the car was then taken to have the wheel allignment done. The men working on the car knew that I was in a hurry, so the one gentlemen took the car for a test drive. when he returned, he told me that the steering wheel was shaking and that was due to the flat spot on my tyres and my shocks. When driving home that Thursday afternoon, i felt as though my arm would have fallen off due to the vibration on the steering wheel. i took the car back to them on Tuesday, and guess what??? now i have bad vibrations on my back tyres. Take into consideration that none of this problems occurred prior to me taking the car to TWT in Rivonia. Yesterday i had taken the car to another fitment centre and they showed me that the back tyres were not balanced. Is that what you call service or taking clients for a ride?????
