TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Tiger Wheel and Tyre Midrand

Tiger Wheel and Tyre was Supposed to advise if a set of rims is buckled/repaired or damaged but they where lying in my face. I was supposed to swop rims with someone else, we asked TWT to inspect and advise both parties on the condition of these wheels to prevent someone getting damaged wheels. The technician advised that the rims I am getting is 100% as the technician from Wheel Collision gets commission on a wheel to wheel base so he will be able to tell us instantly. After exchange I drove home, getting a massive vibration at 100km/h. Stopped at the closest tyre small tyre shop to check what is going on where they took aboit 10 minutes to show me where the buckkles are, repaired has been made and how bad the damage on the wheels are. I drove back to TWT immediately to ask what is going on where now suddenly after the other client left they can somehow tell me the rims has been repaired AND even provide the invoices where the previous owner paid for these repairs. This has been planned and the technician is fully aware of this whole situation as he advised I should've checked and made sure myself......He is friends with the client who I swopped with and knew exactly what was going on and how to lie in my face to ensure I don't expect anything. The manager Theunis was very disappointed in his etiquette and service he provided as I simply asked for advise and he **** to me. WHY DO WE PAY FOR YOUR SERVICE THEN?

I THINK THIS IS TERRIBLE CLIENT SERVICE WITH ARROGANT BEHAVIOR. ONE CAN NOT TRUST THEM.

They are the "experts" but they simply lie in your face to help his own friend.
