Sydney at TWT Hatfield, Pretoria Broke my BMW boot opener

I went to this branch to fix cracked mag rim. Sydney who was assigned to work on my car decided to break the boot opener because he was forcing to open the boot. I don't know if he was trained that some cars opens with a key or manually inside the car, there is no need to fight to open the boot without opening it . Now I have to fox his mess! This is pathetic and I will post this on Twitter so that all customers are aware that Hatfield branch damages cars! Pathetic service ever! I regret why I went to this branch hence Kollonade has excellent service!
