Superior customer experience - Tiger Wheel & Tyre

Far too often we, and more especially I, complain more then we compliment. However today, I want to take this opportunity to recognize superior customer service. Jacques van der Stok from the Tiger Wheel & Tyre (Durban branch) has demonstrated a can do attitude, willingness to go the extra and simply just trying to understand customer challenges with an open mind to find solutions. This has led to a very positive and rewarding customer experience. He helped me remotely as I liaised with him from Dubai and orchestrated the removal, transportation and planned fitment of wheels for my much loved vehicle. Thank you Jacques and TWT for restoring faith that there is hope for superior customer experience back home in SA, and it all starts with the sincere willingness to just try understand customer issues with an open mind to find solutions.
