Superb service

<p>An absolute pleasure to have dealt with Thinus at the Woodmead branch. Just needed to fix a tyre(which is not a costly 'excercise'), and had the plesure of being assited by Thinus. He was super effiecient and helpul, as well as very professional and informative. Being in the retail/service industry myself i was amazed at how much effort and honesty this champion displayed. We live in a time where most employees stand around waiting on their paychecks and there is a serious problem with regard to assistance received so i was amazed to actually have experienced the contrary due to Thinus. He is certainly an asset to TWT so i believe he deserves maximum credit. I must also say the other guys were quite pleasant and the person who took payment was also quite pleasant and professional. Almost wrote an essay as this is something thats completely lacking in all industries, so thank you Thinus and TWT woodmead(Ishall certainly be doing my tyres here from now) .
