Super Rude - Natasha

I had an emergency, I am in Marble Hall and I had to get hold of the company next door to Tiger Wheel and Tyre. I've been in Witbank for all my life and have had all of my cars wheels done at this branch. I didn't think it would be a problem.

My mother called Natasha to look next door if the business is open and if she could pop by and tell them their phones where down, I was told that she doesn't work for me and the phone was promptly shut in my ear. If she had not been rude and said she won't be able to help me, I would've understood, but the attitude I received was unwarranted.

We are loyal return customers and it wouldn't have taken 2 minutes from her to help me, I have my own business and I know that treating people with respect builds loyalty.
