Sunninghill store caused damage to vehicle

I had my vehicle’s battery replaced, which took some time as the technician was seemingly unsure how to do it. The vehicle showed multiple error messages immediately after, and the store employee had to take it to the vehicle dealership next door to have the computer reset. Shortly after driving away from the TWT store, my vehicle showed an engine warning light, which I had checked and there is now a fault with my engine thermostat, which is going to cost around R10000 to replace. I have no doubt that the damage occurred due to the technician having inadequate knowledge and s****, and I find it unacceptable that I should incur such expenses.
