SUBSTANDARD TYRES/MANUFACTURE DEFAULT TYRES

I bought GT Radial new tyres ,21 /01/2019 from Tiger Wheel & Tyre branch in pta CBD corner Nana Sita & Schubart St at an amount of R5700.All the tyres started cracking inside in 2020 now they are even worse .I usually go to the same branch for rotation and for pressure on tyres.So this year on the 8/02/2021 I went there to report the issue ,however I went there twice in the same week no one was able to assess my tyres and the treatment was very bad . On the following week 15/02/20201 ,their Rep finally came and told me the cracking was caused by the 'LOW PRESSURE' on the tyres which I dispute and he asked me at which pressure do I keep them ,I told him my tyres pressure are kept according to the manufacture specification which was 220kpa and I always check them .The Rep then said they can only sell me new tyres at discount which was riduculous.I decided not to take the offer because this was clearly MANUFACTURE's DEFAULT and I had cash to buy them but because I no LONGER TRUST anything from Tiger Wheels.The Rep did not even take pictures ,I had to send him the ones I took and I have requested an assesment report from him till today nothing came through. What makes me angry is that my tyres thread is still in good condition because I'm not a high milage driver though the tyres are cracking on the inside AND I WAS EXPECTING THEM TO LAST ME FOR ATLEAST 3YEARS UNLESS HIT by potholes.Having being shocked by the SUBSTANDARD TYRES they sold me t the only thing that I can do for now is NEVER GO TO ANY TIGER WHEEL & TYRE branch and NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE especially my family and friends.
