It's very concerning that I received a call from your Strijdom Park store from a guy by the name of President telling me that I owe you money from the 15th of February. I didn't even have my vehicle on the 15th of February, it was in for bodywork repairs at Dent Xpress and I believe they sent the vehicle in.

I don't like being called and told I owe someone money. My other concern is how the hell is TWT allowed to share my information between branches. I've been to TWT before but never to that branch. If I don't get a good answer to this I'll be reporting this to the DMA as I have never given permission for my information to be shared amongst branches and this is a direct infringement on the POPIA act for information to be shared
