sorry but someone sold your tyre

On the 9nt of Feb I went to change my tyre at the above mentioned shop, Erron say to me I have only aw tyre in stock but I can order the other so we can fit both. I say its fine you can update me when I arrives and I can come in. He call later that night n I tell him I can only come in on wednesday. I get there I find out someone has sold my tyres to someone else and they have nothing in stock, there is no driver to get other tyres from another shop, the manager is not available, they can't help me any futher than that. Even after making it explicitly clear that I can only come in on wednesday, they disregarded my instruction and now I had to make another plan in order to come in today. And guess what the manager is still not available not even a supervisor to hear me out, on one. This is totaly unexceptable at all, what kind of a mickey mouse operation r they running here.
