Simple wheel alignment and now it's impossible to put on a wheel at all. Thanks!

My car went into Tiger Wheel & Tyre Midrand 5 days ago for a wheel alignment. Nothing was wrong but the steering wheel was a little off centre and I wanted the peace of mind. Ever since, the car has had a vibration when driving on the highway.

Today I had it looked at and it seems they messed up the simple act of putting the wheel on and have broken the nut and studs in the process. Now I can't safely put a wheel on at all before spending more to repair a car that went in driving. I'm truly amazed such a thing happens at a place with this name.
