Congrats! Tiger Wheels and Tyre, 30 years is quite a milestone...

Pity you don't teach your managers some basic customer service skills and discretion.

After 18 years of supporting TWT, I will shop somewhere else...all because a "manager" couldnt exercise some discretion and refund me R454 in cash instead of crediting the debit card I used... Guess it was a completely unreasonable request that could've caused untold harm to TWT.

So I left the product behind together with the initial payment to an oh so grateful Manager who simply smirked it off, "Thank you so much, Sir."
