Shocking service
I had tyre damage on Saturday evening. Because twt Centurion Lifestyle Centre was the nearest yet to my location. I decided to go there this morning to replace the damaged tyre. Biggest mistake of my life. I left the dealership around 10am with the assurance that the tyre had been ordered and would be delivered the same afternoon and that the insurance claim would be processed once the new tyre had arrived. The consultant took my contact details promising to phone me with an update.
Alas, we get to 3pm and still no phone call. I then phone the store only to be told that my specific consultant was out. I was told to leave my details and he'd phone me back. He doesn't. I phone back again just after 4pm. This time I get him. He tells me they will not fix my tyre and his manager has advised him not to fix it. He says there were missing details on the insurance and therefore I must come and take my car to another store because they will do nothing for me. This after waiting for the whole day. I then ask that it was you, the same consultant who advised me against driving further with my damaged run flat tyre as I could damage the pressure sensor and the rim and therefore chose to stay after the other store had offered to get me the tyre quicker. He then says to me I will have to drive with that tyre even with the risk of damaging the latter. I then ask him to remove the sensor as the technicians had advised earlier to avoid damage, he refuses and says they will do no such thing and I must just come and take my vehicle. If there were problems with the insurance why was I not informed earlier? Why did I have to phone twice only to be told they will not be touching my vehicle? Why was I never given the option to not go through the insurance to replace the tyre as that was more important to me?
I'm so disappointed with twt, I've never experienced such appalling service. No feedback to client whatsoever, no consideration for clients at all. No effort to make the experience easier. And to blatantly refuse to service a vehicle. Wow, just wow. Rest assured that I will never, no matter how desperate I might be visit twthe centurion lifestyle centre.
