Shocking after sales service from TWT

I purchased 4 New Cooper All Terrain Tires on the 27th of May....at a cost of R6000 per tyre....fast forward to 11000km later...and 2 of my tires are flaking.

Been trying for weeks to get TWT to get the rep to come look at the tires as its not right for tires like them to flake/break away this badly after such a short period of time. I rotate them regularly, and monitor the pressures with my TPMS.

Now I was told on Friday that I must take this up with the Supplier directly as TWT does not get involved with Cooper when there are issues.

What is the point of going to TWT then if I need to resolve the issues with YOUR Suppliers...think going forward should start using other Fitment Centers as I could have saved myself a few R's going to a non TWT Store.
