Service with swearing and bad mouthing to customers

Was at tiger wheel and tyre fordsburg branch told them I did balancing 3 weeks ago so guy name moses told me it’s fine they will do it for me again so they did the balancing but one mag was damaged so went to fix the mag came back to twt then manager name Roger said that I am lying because last record they got was on June I told them I don’t know what happen but I was here 3 weeks ago u can ask the person who did balancing for me but Roger said I am not there regular customer I must F off I don’t know what kind of training is that you can swear your customer, In fordsburg all the employee think that it’s ok to swear your customer or give bad service or bad mouth is ok with customers so please if any body want excellent service must go to fordsburg tiger wheel and tyre for life time experience and ask the manager to give you his best service LOL.
