Service not done

I took my Car for wheel alignment and balancing, and was charged R1919, they didn't do anything to the car except remove my back tyre, that every same tyre was flat, even worse my is not balanced, swirling to the right, when I took it back, the sales advisors said I am not to receive my money back, because of the clause on the slip, there was no clause at all, I am frustrated, even thinking on going to the media about this, how long can we be ****med.
