Service Excellence from Jacques at TWT

<p>I want express my gratitude to Jacques at TWT Woodmead for providing a truly memorable customer experience. This has to be the best customer facing experience I have had in 2016. I needed a battery for my car on Saturday morning and my first engagement with Jacques was by telephone his knowledge, courtesy and understanding of my situation was impressive. An hour later my battery was fitted and I was on my way. I visited TWT twice thereafter for wheel balancing and then alignment. In all three visits I met with the same consistency, professionalism and a truly customer driven individual. I remain thankful for his advice and service and look forward to my next visit to TWT Woodmead.</p>
