I visited the Durbanville outlet with suspected punctured tyre. Their hygiene measures are top-notch. The friendly manner in which I was welcomed 100%. It turned out that the tire could not be repaired and a replacement was unfortunately not in stock. I was referred to a branch that has stock. As it was a very slow puncture and the tires so-called runflats I opted to take a chance to drive to my destination. When I asked what I owe, the reply was, no sir you owe as nothing, just pay us a visit when in need.
