Repeated Pop-Ups Despite Cookie Consent – Frustrating User Experience

Despite accepting cookies and browsing in a standard session (not incognito or private mode), your website repeatedly displays the same pop-up about rewards every time I visit. This happens even within the same session, and it's incredibly disruptive to the browsing experience.

Once a user has acknowledged a message like that, it should not be shown again unnecessarily. Repeating the same pop-up comes across as intrusive rather than helpful and makes the website feel poorly designed from a user experience perspective.

Please consider implementing a proper cookie-based or session-aware mechanism to prevent repetitive prompts. Users appreciate clean, respectful interactions - not constant interruptions.

The message popup being:

"You're Part of Our Success! 🎉

We've earned over 120 awards, and it's all thanks to our loyal customers. Discover why we’re the trusted choice."

Hi Denver, thank you for your feedback. We are aware of the glitch. Please note that we have done multiple tests on different machines and the pop up quite rarely appears on every tab for a particular individual. You are the second person that has come forward with this experience. We are trying our best to identify the glitch, however it's been proving a bit challenging as it does not appear this way during testing. We understand that this can be irritating when you're trying to browse, and do apologise for the inconvenience. Have a great week.

Hi there,

Thanks for getting back to me. If I’m only the second person to report this, I suspect it’s because most visitors simply don’t take the time to flag it, so the reach is probably broader than the numbers suggest. I was able to reproduce the pop-up repeatedly in normal sessions, which should help confirm it isn’t an isolated setup issue on my end. Also on different computers.
