Recklessness - tie rod inner dust covers hanging loose.

I visited Tiger Wheel & Tire Cresta on friday 1 Nov 2024, had my tie inner and ends replaced. When they were finished, I payed and left. I drove off, I noticed my wheel alignment were out a lot and steering was not straight when driving. I went back and told them about the problems. So they tried to fix it. I drove yet again and noticed it was still draging to the left. I didnt take it back, it wasted my time and I was just in time for work. Today I checked the tie rod ends and found that the inner tie rods dust covers of my Mercedes A180 diesel is not tightend and is hanging loose from the engine? The dirt will damage the new inner tie rods which I bought. They were to lazy to remove the engine cover to do a proper job. How can this company be so reckless with customers cars? I am really disappointed.
