Prolong claim payout

I fitted brand new mags and tyres worth thousand of rands.Due to negligence they did not noticed that the mags are touching the against the shocks.This caused damage to the shocks and stabilizer bars after some driving.i had to replace the front shocks and stabilizer bars which cost me a fortune.I took this matter up with the branch and the manager handed this case over to their insurance department to log as a 3rd party claim.It has been over a month now without any compensation.The manager is very was very helpful but the situation is now out of his hands.No claim can take this long!
