I visited Tiger Wheel & Tyre (Strydom Park) to enquire about their promotion and also about replacing my tyres. The rainy season is upon us and I have gone through all four tyres for the past 5 years. I was assisted by Kwandile and Oliver with the quotation. I was firstly informed that size tyre I currently use is scarce and they don't have in stock. They advised me to use the same brand bur different size which is compatible to be used on the car. I confirmed with the dealership before proceeding with the quotation. I was also informed of the rotation period so I can come in for that after 10K travel which is not chargeable however need to pay for wheel alignment which is recommended. I got more than I bargained for, free advise and a professional and exceptional service. All four tyres were replaced with wheel alignment as a final touch. I drove out a happy client. I am definitely going back to them for any Tyre and balancing related query.
